I have used Northern Highland Laser Design Studio for a few things. It started with a mug for a friend that we customized, and then we personalized keychains for the seniors on the Hodag Football team, which led to mugs for all the coaches. They are so easy to work with on design, they show you a sample and are so timely! Even when I wasn't! Their customer service is top notch! 10 out of 10!

As a coffee shop, we had been looking around for a company to make travel mugs with our logo on them for some time. We couldn't seem to find the right fit. When we talked to Josh and Tiffany from Northern Highland, we knew we had found the right one! They have the right sizes, the right colors, and the right styles for us. Partnering with Northern Highland was the best fundraiser we’ve ever done! Their cups are so beautiful that everyone wanted to have one and the option to personalize them was a fun addition. The turnover time was fast, the product was beautiful and we were selling something that promoted our mission. After falling in love with the cups we discovered they can also make Christmas ornaments and other products with our logo. We soon realized we could share our mission in a lot of different ways for a reasonable price. Working with a local small business made things simple and convenient. We will continue to work with Josh and Tiffany (Northern Highland) on a variety of projects.

We have spent a significant amount of time researching and testing various brands of tumblers to find quality tumblers at an affordable price. We do not engrave on pre-purchased tumblers due to the unknown quality of the tumblers for engraving purposes.
We use a food grade mineral oil on the boards.
Because the boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of the boards. Each board is unique and one of a kind.
Yes, local pickup/delivery is available in the greater Rhinelander area. Please contact us to discuss making arrangements for local pick up/delivery.
