From Hobby to Side Hustle
We received our first laser in the fall of 2022 and our first large project came from our church, who needed help with a fundraiser. That project caught the attention of a local coffee shop that wanted to offer custom reusable drinkware to its customers. In March 2023, Northern Highland Laser Design Studio was officially formed. Since then, we have been working hard to provide personalized quality products for customers of all kinds. We continue to invest in new cutting edge equipment all in an effort to expand our product lines and deliver the best experience to you. I have used Northern Highland Laser Design Studio for a few things. It started with a mug for a friend that we customized, and then we personalized keychains for the seniors on the Hodag Football team, which led to mugs for all the coaches. They are so easy to work with on design, they show you a sample and are so timely! Even when I wasn't! Their customer service is top notch! 10 out of 10!

We have spent a significant amount of time researching and testing various brands of tumblers to find quality tumblers at an affordable price. We do not engrave on pre-purchased tumblers due to the unknown quality of the tumblers for engraving purposes.
We use a food grade mineral oil on the boards.
Because the boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of the boards. Each board is unique and one of a kind.
Yes, local pickup/delivery is available in the greater Rhinelander area. Please contact us to discuss making arrangements for local pick up/delivery.
